Help CenterVersion 2.59 Updated 2026-07-17

Welcome to the Koinetic Help Center. Koinetic lets operators launch, populate, monetize, syndicate, and sell digital properties from one private control layer. Koinetic is the private operating layer behind your digital properties — it gives you the backend control to run each property with consistency and speed, while your front end stays free to be built properly. This is the complete, plain-language guide to operating a property on Koinetic, from your first listing to connecting your own domain. If you are a developer building a front end against the API, head to the Developer Hub.

Getting Started

Koinetic is your control layer. Everything your visitors see on a property's public front end is managed from the admin area, and every change you make is reflected on the live property.

Creating Your Account & Launching a Storefront

You can start a storefront yourself in minutes — no waiting on anyone to set it up for you:

  1. Sign in with KOIN. On the Koinetic sign-in screen, choose Login with KOIN and authorize with your KOIN account.
  2. Choose a plan. If you don't operate a storefront yet, you'll be taken straight to plan selection. Pick the plan that fits you and toggle Monthly or Yearly billing.
  3. Check out securely. You'll be sent to a secure checkout to enter payment. (Enterprise plans route you to our team instead.)
  4. Your storefront is created automatically. The moment your payment succeeds, Koinetic builds your storefront and workspace for you and hands you the keys as its administrator. You'll see a short "Setting up your storefront…" screen and then land right in your Dashboard — no manual setup, no waiting.

When you arrive, a Get your storefront live checklist on the Dashboard walks you through the first steps: pick a template, add your first listing, and connect your payout account. You can dismiss it anytime and revisit each step from the sidebar.

Comparing plans first. On the pricing page every plan card is shown side by side with its price. Want the full detail? Click Compare all plans to reveal a complete side-by-side table — pricing, usage limits, features, components, and integrations for every plan — then click Hide full comparison to collapse it again.

Your KOIN Reputation Discount (KRD)

Members who have built genuine standing in the KOIN ecosystem automatically earn a KOIN Reputation Discount (KRD) on their Koinetic subscription. When you sign in with KOIN, Koinetic reads your overall KOIN account standing and turns it into a percentage off your plan price, up to a maximum. The exact calculation is determined by Koinetic and may change over time. The discount is applied to your checkout automatically; there's nothing to enter. It's recomputed as your standing grows, and you can always see your current KRD on the Payments screen in your dashboard. The discount is tied to you as the owner — if you ever sell a storefront, it does not carry over to the new owner.

Signing In

Already have a storefront? Open your site's admin area and sign in (with Login with KOIN, or with the email and password you were given). After signing in you land on the Dashboard, which gives you an at-a-glance view of your listings, users, categories, pages, and recently added content.

If you forget your password, use the sign-in screen's recovery option or ask your administrator to reset it for you.

Understanding the Layout

The admin area is organized into a left sidebar grouped by purpose:

  • Directory — your listings, categories, featured and sponsored placements.
  • Content — pages, articles, media, legal notices, banners, and email templates.
  • Business — pricing, forms and leads, reviews, claims, contacts, analytics, and affiliates.
  • Network — content syndication between sites.
  • System — settings, integrations, navigation, users, roles, and platform tools.

What you see in the sidebar depends on your role and your plan. If a section is missing, it may not be included in your plan or your role may not have access.

Your Dashboard opens with a Getting Started & Updates panel. It walks you through the key setup steps — choosing a template, adding your brand and site details, populating your directory, connecting payouts, and going live — and each step ticks off automatically as you complete it. You can collapse the checklist once you're set up and reopen it any time from the same panel. This panel is also where new product updates appear. If you run your own front end against the API, the panel shows your API key here with copy and reveal controls, instead of the template steps.

Your Personal Settings

Visit My Settings to update your display name, see the email you sign in with, view your role, and (where enabled) turn on two-factor authentication for extra security. This page also shows which site or builder you are currently working in.
